    I tried 3 other budget ab belts and all were very weak or didn't charge etc. This ab belt is excellent - will really work your muscles when set to the high levels. Clear instructions and handy remote control which others in it's price range don't include. Highly recommend.

    Love the intensity levels, compared to the rechargeablke ones. At least I can "feel" the crunches.But - it's subtly different from the pictures. The control holder is almost at the front, so it wonlt staty in if you are sat down (as I am when I use it at work!). ALso - I have this to toghten abbs - which suggest my wait may be on the slightly larger side. The belt only just joins at the back. I can find no "waist size" on the product spec - they could upsel an extension belt if needed (or S/M/L/XL)??If the control unit stayed in the pouch and the belt was just a little longer, this would be 5*+

    I brought this product, with some scepticism as I had brought an E.M.S. product before, however, this had been easier, firstly there are no replaceable pads you need to buy, and it is battery powered which I have found easier than needing to often recharge it. I have been using on a low setting first doing the warm up then on toning or another workout setting.I have lost weight also and I feel that will improve how the product works, I would recommend this if you want firmer abs, if you combine this with ab exercises, as well as reduced calorific intake and more exercise. I believe your get better results, hope this review is helpful and useful.

    If you want to become Schwarzenegger forget it and you will not loose weight with it. BUT it definitely reinforces the abdominal belt when used regularly, that is excellent for your back. You can do almost everything while using it. The "pocket" could be a bit bigger...

    My husband tried using this and he says it feels like he's being electrocuted. I like it, and have no idea what he's talking about ! 😅I've had something similar in the past and liked it, but the sticky parts wore out quickly, this doesn't have sticky parts so I don't have to worry about that! It's not something I would ever rely on to get a six pack, but it could help you on your way!
