    Ive used a few different brands of these machines over the years, and this one is by far the best. A lot of the other machines i have used have given actual electric shocks and burnt my skin. This machine hasnt done so yet. Only issue i have foujd is the pads are less sticky and need replacing after a few uses (i have found this to be 3 or 4 before they loose their tackyness)

    I'm not too sure how I feel about this I used it a couple of times I didn't stick with it so I don't know if you're going to get some results but I do know this you're going to feel like you're getting stuck in your stomach by millions of needles that's one thing I do know so you do have that going for you if you like your stomach stuck with a bunch of needles and like the feeling of it and you like to get shocked on your stomach or wherever you put these that's what you're going to get LOL they may work you can definitely feel that it exercises the muscles because it has everything twitching all over the place LOL you put on your legs try it on your thigh your thighs going to spaz out try it out it may work for you I still got mine I just haven't used it LOL it will definitely activate the muscles I just don't know what results you're going to get

    The only thing I should say is that the person who wrote the manual needs a refresher course in English. Never have I seen such terrible grammar, misspelling, and incoherent words. You better off looking at a YouTube video

    Just make sure you ease into it. I cranked this bad boy up the first time I used it. Was a tad bit sore the next day and I do quite a bit of sit ups. I've not used the bicep pads yet through.

    So far, I like this product. I'm using it now while typing this "review" and feeling its intensity of the level mode. It does stick and hold too. It came already changed. The arm band works great, just can't use both of them when typing, because your muscles are moving your arms. Love it and price!

    I was incredibly skeptical when I purchased this, but I figured, what the heck. This thing actually works. I can FEEL thew pain in my arms, abs, quads and delts. Is this a game changer? No you aint gonna get a 6 pack from this alone, but you will tone you nicely. Remember think tome, not muscle gain (at least not for me). I am very happy so far with this purchase

    In overall, I actually liked the product and I even lost a couple of pounds due to it working as the electricity pass through my nerves I felt my muscles tensing up on my stomach as I tried to lose weight. The only problem I would have to say I had was the gel pads bc some was sticking together so I wasted some so I do wish that was better. I also wish the electricity was stronger because after a month passed I could barely feel it anymore.
