How BackHero™ Orthopaedic Back Stretcher Works

    I've actually owned this for 6 years and have used it as needed. Recently I tweaked my back again and used this along with typical floor stretching and what an incredible difference it has made. I now use it on its highest setting everyday for just a few minutes. You need to learn how to relax your hips and let gravity stretch you out. I sold my inversion table a few years ago and have never regretted it. This device gives me a better quality of life.

After reading about some of the positive benefits people have felt after using back stretching devices, I thought it was worth trying myself. The positive reviews that I read about this product before purchasing are well earned. After a week of use, I am already feeling positive benefits myself. I am able to rest on it on the first 2 levels, but have been using the first level so as not to push my body too fast. I still have a bit of an ache, but I am not feeling the abrupt twinges that I had been feeling before. I have been combining using the back stretcher with some lower back yoga which I highly recommend doing as well. Whether or not you like the nubs on the stretcher is one of personal preference.     I bought this as a back cracking device to relieve lower back pain. This is my first time trying the product. Although my back did not crack, this feels ridiculously comfortable and definitely lives up to the good reviews. Comes with 3 easy to adjust settings. Would reccommend!!!

    I bought this for my husband and he says it does work that it relives the pressure in his back if he uses it every day. He suffered from sciatic nerve pain but with this he has been using it 5 min everyday after work and he hasn't been to the chiropractor in about 5 months where usually he would go two or three times a month. The quality is good and sturdy it doesn't break easily.

    I have lower back pain. It's so bad at times that I can barely walk. I bought this as a last resort. Since using this product, I have never felt better. I use it first thing in the morning and before bed. It was slightly uncomfortable on the first setting but I have worked up to the second setting and I feel AMAZING. If you're experiencing lower back pain, BUY THIS.

    My husband is a disabled vet and this product has truly helped his back so much through out his day. He uses this at least twice a day!     Really good product. One must appreciate that there is some initial discomfort but because of the nature of the product and its purpose. However after using it you would understand why. It is a sturdy product . Not much assembly needed but some strength is required to move from one level to the next.

    I needed my back stretched and this thing definitely provides some relief. I'd recommend this, but as other have said, stay away from the highest of the 3 arches when using it.. especially if you're not particularly flexible.

    i've had lower back pain for 2.5 years. It occurred from overarching my back during a weightlifting exercise. I've been going to a chiropractor and physio for my pain. I put this on the maximum arch setting and lay for 10 minutes. My back feels so stretched out and feels so good after. My back is by no means fixed, but this has really helped along with help from my doctors. I recently recommended this to a friend in real life who had back surgery.

    I am a 36 year old male, and I have had back and neck pain for a little over a year. This device (plus a neck hammock I got) have given me a new lease on life.
