    My husband found and ordered this for me after the doctor said that something like this could help me and wouldn't hurt to try. I was skeptical but tried it, anything to help with the pain. This thing is amazing, it took a couple of tries and him helping me to get it on and situated right, the best part is it has so many ways to adjust it. Once I have it on and my neck relaxes a smidge I can make adjustments to keep sketching my neck out just a bit. Feels so much better when I use this several times a day. The button to air it up is touchy so I usually disconnect the controller once I have it where I want it, that way the button doesn't get accidentally pushed and more air into it. Now that I have used it so much it doesn't seem as sensitive. It is easy to let air out, you push in on the tube connector where the pump connects.

    This excellent neck traction device has a quality build with a comfortable fit and will hold your neck in various states of stretch for as long as you require. Infinitely adjustable with two twisting knobs conveniently located on either side of the neck during use, along with an electronic pump which inflates the portion on the back of the neck for fine tuning.

    Works very well! Some people say they couldn’t get it on and off easily, but it does take a little time to figure it out . Watch a YouTube video perhaps.Or you may not have enough range of motion to do it without someone helping you take it on or off but it’s an amazing device

    The neck traction device is sturdy, well built and reasonably easy to use. I went through all the manual instructions before trying on the device although I wish there’s a video tutorial for this. It would make things much easier. I’ve used one with manual pump before and this device comes with an electric control air pump which makes pumping more even. It took me a few tries to find the best position for my neck. I also started with the lowest intensity of the cervical traction and use it for 10 minutes at a time. It has worked for me to a certain extent and I did find some relief from using the device.

    This neck traction device is made of high-quality materials that is both durable and comfortable to wear. The padding is thick and soft making it comfy for both my neck and shoulders. The ABS plastics are really tough and durable so it won’t bend or break easily. The device helped keep my neck and shoulders in a fixed position so it doesn’t slip or slide. This device also helps stretched out my neck so fluids can circulate better. The control is responsive and it makes inflating/deflating simple. The controller has a colorful touchscreen that are responsive in controlling the pump movements. The device can be more user friendly as reading through the instructions was not intuitive enough to utilized this device to its full potential, but once I learned to use it, I liked it. I find using this device helped keep my neck and shoulders more relaxed and keeping it in the position I have intended without any issues.

    The Dr.'s x-rays showed a compressed cervical disc. He suggested traction as a way to alleviate and heal the issue. I am fully on board for the idea but the cost was more than I wanted to spend right now. I did some searching and found the CerviGuard Cervical Neck Traction Device. It has been absolutely helpful in reducing a lot of the tingles in my arm and the ache in my neck. What I have found helpful is that: 1. I attach the device around my neck and start to inflate the air bladder until the needle on the pump is just at the green. There is no need to go higher than that. 2. I then tighten the unit around my neck until its nice and firm with not a lot of room to move my head. 3. I then use the lift handles on the sides to elevate my neck until I get a good stretch. I like 3 turns. Usually about a half hour while watching TV. Another item I use in conjunction with the device is a head hammock ( search for it on ). I will use that when I get home from work.
