    My kneecap occasionally dislocates which is terribly painful. Ok days I need a bit of extra support this is great. The gel around the kneecap really helps stability. The cloth is comfortable enough and does not roll. I don't have to adjust it much as the silicone keeps it decently in place. My favorite I've ever had.

    I love that I can wear this under loose jeans. The others are just too bulky or don't support enough. This is perfect for me. I tore my ACL years ago and need extra knee support at times due to pain. Although a bit snug ( I am 5'7, 220 lbs and bought a large) I love the support and comfort. Provides pain relief and I can walk all day without slipping.

    I was skeptical of the amount of support this would provide, but having badly dislocated my knee a year ago I needed something to feel safer while playing my way back onto the basketball court. This works great, I use it every time now! VERY comfortable, doesn't slip, keeps down any potential swelling, and while the Patella ring sucked at first it actually saved me from a bad knee to knee collision not long ago. Absolutely recommend for sports!
