    This is great if you use it with ab work. I had back surgery and do core work every day. This gives an extra punch to your abs in the evening while you're watching tv or hanging out. I would recommend pushing the envelope on the settings as you get deeper into it. Start slow

    I have being using this abs stimulator for about 2 months now and I am very happy with the results. I strongly recommended. I also have to give credit to the company customer service. I wrote them an email enquiring about the tenses and they send me a new full set of it without any issues.

    This is like a TENS machine and stimulates the muscles. It takes a lot to get used to how it feels. I wasn't a fan. Also - ask your doctor before using this if you are pregnant. Not sure if that's a good idea.

    Holy Moly I got ahead of myself on this cranked it to high from the start this is strong! turn it up one click at a time! sticks on very good, covers more of my stomach area than my other one. can't believe that a couple batteries can put out this much power

    Was a bit sceptical at first, the feel of the device was a little weird right off the bat! But after using it for awhile my stomach/abs are stronger and more tone than ever! This device works and I recommend it to everyone 16-60 years old that doesn't have a medical condition or is pregnant!

    I started EMS training approximately three months ago for all of my workouts, including functional weight training, Pilates and rowing, and am seeing great results! I look leaner, and feel and look stronger, with better muscle definition. As a result of a car accident in my teens (I'm a "senior" now), I've had multiple cervical spine surgeries. In addition, arthritis has resulted in surgeries on both shoulders, an elbow and a hand, and I have chronic pain. I use it daily at a lower setting for post-workout recovery on my back, glutes and quads, and there is a noticeable difference in the speed of my recoveries.I have tried several other brands, but have found this product to be superior. The customer service went above and beyond!

    Contacts work better when the skin is hairless, so I shave my stomach area. The workout is amazing at half power for me. I'm going to increase 1 step per biweek. I combine the workout with walking for about 3 miles. I would like to see more videos for arms, legs, etc. great product so far. I will give updates quarterly. No before picture until my after picture is where I'm happy with my progress!

    With regular use, this product does make me feel like I've worked out. My muscles are sore as if I lifted weights or exercised. My only criticism is that the gel pad wear out quickly. I've had the product for three weeks and they are already pretty dull.
