The Resistance Bands I purchased provided a wide range of band tensions, with convenient attachable handles. The bands are just the right length and provide for a great work out and stretching of muscles and joints. There is also a door anchor included, which comes in very handy for some exercises. This set is a great value for the price.

The handles and other accessories are comfortable and, even more important, these heavy-duty bands give me the resistance I needed. (At first, I bought some on Temu. The numbers looked good, but the bands were cheaply made and -- I could be wrong, but it seems the bands do not offer the resistance as advertised. .

My wife got me one set a few years ago during COVID. I set up a gym in my garage using these and free weights. I alternate between the bands and the weights and given that I had to purchase heavier weight and more bands to increase the residtance level, I declare these a good buy!

This is a great little set that will enable you to do a good variety of exercises. Has a door hook that you can use to place your band at any height. There’s a good variety of tensions and additional hand and ankle attachments as well.
