    I got this on sale for like 43 dollars. The board is completely useless, its folded up and chucked into a closet. I was going to return it but I liked the bar and ab roller combo. Then I really liked the resistance band and door holder, and all the handles that it came with, so I can use my door as a resistance band pully with covers things I can't do with just a dumbbell. I looked around and saw that buying all of it individually it would have cost more so this was a good deal and I decided to keep it.

    While getting into the gym may be hard for some people, this is a great exercise for people of almost any experience level. As long as you can sort of do a push up, you can use this and get good value out of it. When you first open it, there is almost no installation to do, other than to pick which push up to start with. The hand grips make the experience more enjoyable. The size is crazy for how much you can accomplish with just a board. As you try the various push ups, you will realize your strengths and weaknesses to better yourself. Buy this if you are looking for an at home solution to get yourself moving, or if you are looking to just get bigger one push up at a time
