    I was inspired to workout.. so far so good, but, the resistance bands are to loose for me.. Maybe if there was some way to adjust them depending on how tall you are would be great. I am 5'4 and can't use them.

    I love the machine works great the first time i did 5 mins then i had to adjust the knob to lose it up some my thighs was burning on fire. But as i loose it up some the knob much better even tho when u loosing it up the steps go down also. I did 3 sets of 10 mins had to stop the smell of the machine was making me nauseous it's like a rubber smell. But over all works great.

    Love it! Delivered on time. In great condition. Easy to operate. Only had to put the tension knob on. Straps clip on easy and easy to take off. Small enough so easy to store out of the way. Overall great and can't wait to use it more!

    Great machine for the price. Adjustable resistance, compact for small spaces. Only downside is the resistance bands are too long. Personally the only way I got any benefit from them is if I were to hold my elbows up really high and lift above my head.
