The power twister bar is designed to be the ideal size for use anywhere and anytime. You can select from different maximum load levels: 44lbs (20KG), 66lbs (30KG), 88lbs (40KG), or 110Ibs (50KG). It’s a great piece of home training equipment.

How to Use It
- Exercise method 1: Hold the bar with both hands, move inward, push down, and bring them close together (challenging, pay attention to safety).
- Exercise method 2: Hold the bar with both hands, move inward, and push upwards together (high risk, pay attention to safety).
- Exercise method 3: Hold the bar with both hands and place it on top of your head, then push your palms forward together (challenging, pay attention to safety).
- Exercise method 4: Hold the bar with both hands and place it at your side. Keep one hand still and push the other hand upwards (challenging, pay attention to safety).
Note:
It is recommended for novices or those with less arm strength to start with the 44lbs level, while 88 lbs is suitable for someone who exercises regularly or is very fit.
