    The design is simple, made to just fit around the back of your neck. It has four nodes that do the work. It reminds me of a tens unit the way the pulse feels and it does het up quickly. The controls are on the side and easy to memorize so you don't have to remove to change. It feels like random modes but I haven't gotten over level two yet. I'm not able to have manual manipulation on my neck and this is your own massager when you want/need it. Has helped with my sinus congestion and stiff neck and I would order again.

    I got this out of curiosity, I’m a cancer patient and increasing lymph drainage sounds helpful, I also have neck pain and had to stop PT…with this I have been able to go from unable to turn my head to literally no pain for several hours…losing weight would be a great bonus but FOR ME pain relief without pills makes me feel like I underpaid for this item. I was in an accident 20y ago that injured my neck and once it started hurting with age it was unbearable…THANK YOU for giving me a chemical free solution without cords or pads that I can wear while I do dishes and still get relief

    I used this for lymphatic treatment, not so much as a neck massager and it helped. I have to keep it at a very low setting for my lymph system but I can tell it helps.
