    If I could give this thing 1000s stars I would. I've been using it a few times a day for 3 days and after every use I've noticed something improve, and things I had long since forgotten about felt better too.Today a few hours after using it, a large muscle group and my upper right quadrant of my back and neck came back to life, I got the feeling you get when something regains blood flow, it slowly mad it's way through to my shoulder, right arm, down to my hand, and is still going after 30 min. I regained the full range of motion I had lost about 6 years ago. I could honestly cry from joy right now.     I’m not sure if helping migraines was one of the indications for use, but this traction wedge actually helps me. Whenever I feel a migraine coming on I lay on the floor with this wedge under my neck. After a few minutes I feel the pain slowly going away. I use this almost daily for about 10 minutes each time. It has really helped relieve tension in my neck. Maybe it can help you too!

    I just got this and I think it is really helping. It is firm but soft so it’s not uncomfortable. I am hoping this will help my recently developed “forward head posture”. I feel the stretch. I like it looks. I got the pink one and really like it. I use it at the top of the stairs so my head can hang down lower than the floor. Lift your hips up in a bridge pose for extra stretch.

    I really do like this thing, I didn’t think it would help that much but once I get a migraine I do massage my neck often and when I do I lay flat on the floor with this and I have an eye massager I use as well and this really puts my neck in line because I crack it all day I feel like it helps a lot with the relief and it feels like your neck is lifted off your shoulders. it’s just a little cool thing to have and you could easily travel with it!
