   I am super impressed. I didn't think it would actually work as well as it does. It comes with sticky pads to put on your abs as well as 2 for your legs or arms.

   I was a bit skeptical but decided to try this anyway, and I really can see and feel results. My abs are slightly sore the next day like I’ve done a workout after using this product, and my waist and arms both look small and tighter. Very pleased with this product!

   Product is as advertised. At first my husband and I were skeptical of using it because we've tried everything from the home slimming machine to the doctor but honestly the doctor gets costly and the at home machine consumes a lot of time that we don't have!! This product is very easy to use and convenient. Whether I'm cleaning around the house or my husband working out we can slap this on and not miss a beat. We've both already noticed our bodies becoming firmer around or arms and mid section. Definitely recommend to anyone who's trying to tone up!!! The product adjusts to any body size my husband is 6ft 180 pounds and I'm 5'5 135 pounds and it fits us both perfectly like it's sculpted for our body! I also love the fact it's very easy to use! Just sprits the pad with water ,put it on the part of your body your trying to tone , set the setting you want to use and then your done.    I utilize it during nights when I'm laying down watching TV. Don't let your kids climb on you while it's on as they can press the buttons and turn it up.

   I give zero stars to this item because it's not safe and they don't tell you the warnings of this product before you buy it So don't waste your money it's a ripoff so I'm returning it because I didn't know the dangers of this item. Save your money

   I was very impressed with the strength of the electrical pulses. I started with arms and on a low setting of #2. The program started with a warmup which was mild but caused my biceps to flex every other second. At the two minute mark, it switched to much higher intensity which caught me by surprise. It flexes your muscles so strong that I could feel it all the way down my arms, and I could not straighten out my arms until the pulse ended. Each pulse lasted about five seconds and then relaxed. I brought it to work today, and I will try while I work at my desk. I haven't tried the stomach yet because it looks like I may need to shave first. I had no problems sticking the pads to my arms. I'm really looking forward to seeing the results after a month.

   What I like most about this product is that you can feel the work being done. My body tightens up really hard but I like to turn up the strength on this, which can go very high. If you're looking for any kind of shock therapy this is an amazing product.

   The bands fit with plenty of adjustment. The electronics works perfectly. Buttons are a bit sensitive, so I have to cover them with some blue masking tape after setting them. Batteries last several workouts.

   I love how these pinpoint the muscle groups you want to work on, you can use the smaller ones for your arms and legs, pretty much any other muscle on your body within reason.

   Just make sure you ease into it. I cranked this bad boy up the first time I used it. Was a tad bit sore the next day and I do quite a bit of sit ups. I've not used the bicep pads yet through.
