  4. For your first session, use Trapeaze Stretcher for 2-5 minutes, and complete one session per day.
  5. Gradually add 1 minute onto the length of every session, until reaching 15 minutes, and up to three sessions per day.

    I like this neck stretcher as it long enough to reach down beyond your neck to your upper back. I work on the computer regularly and my neck and upper back often gets tense. Just 5 minutes on the stretcher helps to stretch and relief the tension in my neck and upper back.

    I had a straight neck spine, physio had me laying on a rolled towel behind my neck to reinstate the curve. Found this and it does 100% better job than the towel and also helps with relaxing between the shoulders. I highly recommend this 👌

    I received this item promptly and used it promptly (as in immediately), which I don't do. OMG, this is a wonderful therapy gadget. It is not hard plastic. You don't usually expect to get comfort and pain relief, but with this, I felt both. I am not a person who only writes positive reviews; I write honest reviews. The nodes on the item are effective. The only concern I may have is whether the surface will wear out with continuous use. I am on the smaller side, both vertically and sideways. I saw some negative reviews. I suspect they have not used these self-help pain relief gadgets in the past, or it may not suit their body type. All I would say is get and experience it. I am optimistic that you will not return. Enjoy if you decide to buy it.

    i've cycled though a thousand of these types of products. but i do like how this elevates my upper body. it gives me a good chest and shoulder stretch. one drawback is the nodes aren't hard enough. i like it rough.

    I have suffered from neck, shoulder and upper Back pain for a while because of work and travel and always being on a computer. This device is amazing! I delete and immediate release. I’m on day 4 and I can’t believe how much it has increased my ability to relax a little bit. I have other devices I use as well but I’m adding this to my routine now! Recommend giving it a try! I wish there was a version of this for my lower back and hip area!!!

    I’ve tried so many different products to get my back and neck to loosen up and this one works for me. It is slow going because the muscles have tightened up so much over the years but i can feel the difference after a few uses. I now have a slight gain in range of motion with my neck. Only other thing that comes close is getting massages but they cost $135 a pop!

    Very well made, but it needed to be a little smaller to fit/align properly for me. I even brought it to PT to see if I was doing something wrong. The therapist said there was a gap behind my neck. Fit a slightly bigger patient just fine.

    I don't do reviews. I have neck and lower back pain. I workout 5 days a week and I'm 52 so I hurt! But this thing is my sidekick. I flip it around and put the bigger side in my glutes. I sit with it while I watch tv. I daily lay on it for 10 min. It really is one of my fav purchases. I have the muscle gun, neck massager, full body massager and a tens pro unit which all are great. But this is quick and easy fix. Try it!!

    Easy to use. Read instructions first to familiarize yourself with what you should and should not feel using it. It's so simple and works immediately. I use it 10 -15 minutes at a time twice daily. I have tried everything to relieve my neck pain and horrific headaches. I wanted to find relief without drugs. I feel so good after using it. Nothing will cure my neck but this gives me the instant relief I have been looking for. I am in control of treating my neck for once in a very longtime.     Although I use different self massage equipment at home, I still have stiff neck and shoulders due to using computers for long hours. After laying down on this unique back and neck stretcher for about ten minutes, I feel relaxed and refreshed and I can turn my neck to sides without pain. It was not very comfortable at the beginning, but after trying few times and finding the right spots, it became easier to lay on it. The foam is medium soft, and it does not deform.

    I really like this product. It's lightweight and easy to use. The foam is much softer than others so it stays very comfortable for a lot longer and doesn't get painful. There are no big neck bumps but a wonderful large cervical curve. I prefer this as it gives your neck a full stretch and it's fully supported. The lobster looking one doesn't give full neck support and the big bumps make my neck go numb. It's a lot cheaper than other products too. I really like this product and recommend it.

    This feels like about the sturdiness of our basic black foam roller; nothing very soft about it. I get migraines mainly from tension headaches. Using this with the provided exercises (like stretching my arms above my head) really seems to dig into my neck and spine and help lesson the frequency of my headaches. It is a good tool to have in the toolbox for preventative relief from migraines! My one negative is that it drops off completely after the last vertebrae foam portion, so when using it you sort of feel where the support ends. I might put a folded blanket there to support my lower back when using this.
