This has to be one of my favorite purchases literally of all time! It is perfect for using on your neck and back and the arm straps allow you to move your positioning and adjust the strength and tension. The battery on it seems to last forever. It works exactly how it is supposed to and is strong enough to work on very tight muscles. I loved it so much I bought a second one to give as a gift for Christmas. A-MAZING! I bought this for my neck and shoulder pain and now my husband uses it as much as I do! lol The first time I used it was a bit painful, but I started on the lowest setting and once I relaxed it felt soooo good and now I use it daily! great product, better than my normal massager that’s also for around the neck but this one really gets the area you want more of for the neck and shoulders area. i do wish the back shoulder craw is longer so it gets more of the lower shoulders but hopfully these designers get better and better as time goes on. The owner is also super responsive which is great!

I had one of these already without the “fingers,” at the bottom. It was also corded, which made it nonsense to use. Lose the cord, get tangled, find an outlet etc it sits in my storage unit. This one however is amazing because I can move around with it, there’s no cord and the, “fingers,” make all the difference!
