There is one setting that the cuffs alternate between squeezing below the knee, then above. It simulates a kneading motion and it really relieves my knee pain. Very satisfied with this product.

    If you can wrap it you can get the relief you need. I use it for my sprained ankle and I can instantly feel the heat. The battery lasts great even when the heat is going constantly. The power button locks the screen when you're in a high touch position so The touch pad controls massage and heat don't jump around on you. The control is on top half and the heating and vibrating part are on the lower half so when you wrap you need to find the best placement for you.
