    Excellent price per patch...so worth trying regardless of outcome.Like several other reviewers, I had to remove patch after a couple of hours...when skin (knee) developed a redness and the "heat" became too much to tolerate.Pay attention to the ingredients...if your skin tolerates the ingredients on the patch...great!

    I tried one of these Wellnee patches for the first time last night. Here's what I found out. Easy to apply(a little hard to get backing off since no split). It has an unusual smell but not terrible for. I wore it on my left knee for about 3.5 hours and it did seem to lessen the pain. After that length of time, it started to feel like it was warm on my knee and a bit uncomfortable. I took it off since I was going to bed but will need to try it again. So-the jury is still out.

    I strained an MCL muscle and had been using the special tapes to give my leg support. With the way the tape attached to the skin, however, I was leary that it would pull off my skin, especially if I used it on a daily basis. These knee patches provide the support I need, but I don't have that same concern; they pull off easy. I will purchase again!

    As I get older I find my knees becoming more painful. The braces and sleeves are bulky and I needed something more simple for wearing under my work pants. These Wellnee patches are perfect! They are comfortable on my knees, and keep me pain free for hours. I put one on at 530am and take it off when I get home at 530pm. Makes my knee feel more stable too. Im looking forward to wearing them on my Renfaire adventures as parks are killer on the knees. Best part is they come packaged with 5 in an envelope that I can slip into my purse in case I need it while Im out, and the rest stay in the box in the cupboard until I need it. Happy with purchase!

    I apply to both knees and I am so pleased to say that your patches offer the most relief of the many things I have tried. And I'm talking about long term relief. It would be helpful if they were alittle bigger. Also, it takes a little time to get used to the capsaicin which produces a very slight burny-heat feeling. Nevertheless, you have a satisfied customer. I highly recommend your patches.
