    Surprisingly, after a week of use- this thing actually started improving back function and pain. To say that I was shocked would be an understatement. It's also pretty nicely sized and I believe it will work with all body sizes, which is always a plus. If this continues to help with pain like it has so far- it will have been well worth the money!

    Am 77. Better than last one I bought as this is adjustable and has slight cushion strip for spine. Super to open vertebrae. Even on lowest bend, several "pops". Very uncomfortable initial 2 minutes of morning stretch, but then comfortable next 10 minutes. Easy to add hamstring stretches at same time or shoulder/scapula presses, arm biceps squeezes while lying prone on back. I do twice a day.

    The 3-level adjustable design allows me to customize the stretch to my comfort level, and it really helps in decompressing my spine after a long day. The back cracker board is sturdy, and I can feel the tension releasing in my back as I use it. It’s also great for relieving scoliosis-related discomfort.     A nice way to stretch my back and loosen up when tight. I used to use a foam roller as a pivot point on my lower back, but this is more comfortable and easier to target specific areas since it doesn’t roll.

    It is bumpy but of course it’s supposed to be, its really good for tight muscles, you can adjust it to stretch the muscles in the back. I recommend laying on it for 1-2 mins and adjusting it and then repeating.
